Hi,
It is a very cloudy afternoon although warmer than it looks outside!
I though sure if would be raining when we got up this am but it held off until now it looks like.....
We haven't done much the past couple of days actually. Tuesday am I went to the dentist and was referred to a specialist to see what the pain is in a root canal and crown I have. The rest of the day we were home. The wind blew some more!
Yesterday we drove to Abilene to meet our friends....they are selling their motorhome and Bill bought their autoformer. We had a great visit with them and are really going to miss them in our camping group. After lunch we left for home...and guess what??? The wind finally went down some! It was great!!!! Later in the afternoon we went with our friends, Bob and Jackie, for supper at the Topeka Steak House as on Wednesday nights they have a fried chicken special that was delicious! It was better than Brookville! And the price if half! We got there at just the right time as the line was very long! We watched American Idol last night and wasn't surprised at the elimination choice..... were you?
Today I had another dental appointment with a periodontist..... just a consultation then I have to go back on Monday afternoon for cleaning. 2 dental appt's on Monday..... Great! (not really!)
I am doing laundry as the water was FINALLY turned on this am....... broken waterlines were the cause of the delay.... except I will have to walk in the rain to get my clothes...... GRRRRRR!!!!
We are keeping the little boys tonite as they don't have school tomorrow and we are going to Cabela's in KC..... hope they like the animals.... :)
