Monday am Feb. 11

Good morning!
Going to get everyone caught up this am. We have been busy and going here and there and then some days are just nothing days! Guess that is the way of life going on, huh?

We have met our friends from Texas for lunch and had a fun time at The Olive Garden.... eating too much and laughing much too! We went to a craft show at an RV park about 45 miles south of here that our next door friends know one of the couples who live there. They had some unusual things at the show. It is an annual affair I'm told. The weather was gorgeous! A week ago Sunday was the Super Bowl and we sat outside and watched Joe BBQ wings while we all brought other things to eat. We lasted outside until half time then it was too cold for all of us and we went to our own "homes" to finish watching the game.

I actually got my hair cut and colored at Walmart...that was a first....the gal who did it was pretty good! Bill dropped me off and then when I tried to call him to come get me I couldn't reach him..... so after trying and trying to get him and also calling our friends here who weren't home and also our daughter we were beginning to get worried.....so I also called the office here and they came down to see if he was here.... he was.... he had turned the phone on vibrate and didnt realize it was ringing! So my stint at the walmart greeter was short! Thank God!

We had a great Wednesday last week as we went to Ormond Beach north of Daytona. Our friends of ours have some friends who have a time share condo on the beach. We weren't able to go into the time share but could use the swimming pool and decks....so we went to the beach and walked along for quite a ways then relaxed on the deck and swam. We then went to the Daytona speedway and walked around. They were begining to get things set up for race week. We all enjoyed that. We then went to supper or a late lunch at a seafood place...yummy!

Thursday was laundry day and just relaxing! Friday we went to the the Ocala RV show ....small and we had other errands to run. Saturday and Sunday we just hung around here and relaxed all weekend...... Bill changed oil in the truck etc...so that is the exciting things around here with us! We went to church yesterday and like the priest at this church.

So that has caught us up with our happenings around here...... hope everyone is doing well ...so until next time!
